Shipping Policy
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies by item, shipping method, and destination. Exact shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Processing time

Ready-to-ship items: typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order / personalized items: typically processed within 5–7 business days. (Processing time is noted on each product page when applicable.)
As soon as your order is processed, we will send tracking information to the email used during purchase.
Estimated delivery (transit time)
Once your order ships, standard U.S. transit time is typically 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
Tracking
We will email tracking information when your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam/promotions folder and then contact us at hello@kaysroyalgifts.com.
If your order is delayed or never arrives

If your package hasn’t arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@kaysroyalgifts.com with your order number. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer you a full refund or a resend of the order (your choice) once the investigation is complete.

If the carrier cannot confirm delivery or the package remains unresolved after the carrier’s investigation, we will work with you to provide either a refund or a 50% store credit, depending on the investigation results and available evidence.
Returned to Sender / Incorrect Address

If you provide the wrong address and the carrier returns the order to us, we will contact you. You may choose to have us reship the order; a shipping and handling fee will apply.

If you choose not to have us reship, we will refund the order minus original shipping costs and minus a 30% restocking fee.

If a returned package is destroyed by the carrier or refused and we do not receive it back, we will offer a 50% store credit toward a new item (or a refund per carrier confirmation).
International shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These fees are not included in our item prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for details.

International transit times vary widely; please allow additional time for customs processing.
Returns & exchanges (shipping-related)

If an item is defective or not as described, we cover return shipping and will replace the item as soon as possible. Please email hello@kaysroyalgifts.com with photos and your order number to start a claim.

For non-defective returns (change-of-mind), items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee will apply to non-defective returns; original shipping costs are non-refundable. We will send a return label once your return is approved. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Personalized items (engraved jewelry, custom prints, or items marked “personalized”) cannot be returned for change-of-mind once production begins. If an error occurred on our part, we will correct it at no charge.
Order cancellation
Because many of our items are printed or personalized on demand, orders can only be cancelled or modified within the first 12 hours after purchase if production has not yet started. Contact hello@kaysroyalgifts.com immediately if you need to cancel or change an order.
